Thanks for the great link! I don't completely agree, but it's good food for thought.

I despise epilogues FAR more than most prologues...

I don't agree either. And I really don't understand the hate-thing with prologues. I'm reading a great book right now--Brain Jack by Brian Falkner. And, uh oh, it begins with a prologue. Just like anything else in a book, it can be done well, it can be done poorly.
